The holiday flat Oleander is one of six flats in the Residence Ferienwohnungen Braiter near Merano, at the entrance to Val Passiria/Passeiertal, just 4 km from Merano/Meran, in the small village of Kuens.

It is bright and friendly, furnished with lots of spruce wood, with a double room, a spacious kitchen-living room with an additional sleeping gallery (height: floor to wooden beam front 188 cm, back 78 cm, length 290 cm) with two beds, which can be reached via a room-saving staircase (steep, therefore not suitable for small children), shower/WC and south-facing balcony with a wonderful view of Scena and Merano.

This holiday flat can be combined with the adjoining mini flat to form a large holiday flat with 2 full bedrooms, sleeping gallery, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. The mini flat is also listed on the portal and must be requested separately.

Nearby are the bus stops, cable cars, shops and inns in the neighbouring village of Riffian, the spa town of Merano with the famous gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle and the Merano Thermal Baths and the most beautiful hiking trails from the valley floor to the summit region.

This means that you can reach countless attractions in our beautiful region in a short time, also using environmentally friendly public transport. Several cable cars that take you up into the mountains in a short time, interesting museums such as the Ötzi Museum, the Messner Mountain Museums, the botanical garden ‘Trauttmansdorff Castle’, many castles and fortresses and the many marvellous Waal and hiking trails.
