Full access to all of the condominium including the award winning 9 hole par 31 Golf course* and 3 tennis courts*, the running trails and treks, the old railroad and heritage bridges, the river and lakes, the club house with its pool, cafeteria, kids park, ping pong and billiards.

Full access and use of the private villa.

Please note, the cleanning fee and the maid service fee are separate and different. The small cleanning fee charged trough VRBO covers the preparation of the house prior to you arrival and the cleaning of it after your departure. The house maids charge covers their work during your stay and you will pay directly to them before checkout. House maids charge 100.000 pesos per day. There will be one maid if your group is smaller than 8 people, and 2 if it is larger. You are expected to share your food with them. This service is not optional.


Although the property is fumigated regularly, we recommend bringing insect repellent.
There is a U$50 pet fee. Maximum 2 pets

Check-out time is strictly enforced. Late check-outs will be considered an extra night and will be charged accordingly.
