What you get: Fully equipped 2B 2B in spacious quiet condo community with fabulous lanai view, 2 pools, tennis/pickleball, active snow birds, cocktail parties, any island activity you can think of—hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, parasailing, beach cafes/music. What makes this property unique

It is a quiet property, has an incredible view but also very close to Gulf of Mexico white sand beaches, grocery, shopping restaurants. Small private well maintained condo community.
