This beautiful two-story residence offers a unique vacation experience, combining spacious and comfortable areas with the privilege of having a private beach (30 meters) at your doorstep. Wake up each morning to the relaxing sound of the waves and enjoy unforgettable moments in your private pool surrounded by lush vegetation, with ocean views. The beach is just 30 meters away, ready for you to explore!
*Capacity: This house comfortably accommodates up to 19 people. If your group is larger, we can accommodate up to 20 guests. An additional charge of USD 50 per person per day will apply for each additional guest beyond the 16th. To increase the house's capacity to 20 people, we have drawers that can be used as beds and an inflatable mattress.

The first floor is the heart of the house, where you'll find the social area with a living room, dining room, and kitchen, perfect for sharing moments with family and friends. The second floor is a space for rest and privacy. Here you'll find the master bedroom with A/C and ensuite bathroom, an additional study, and terraces with stunning ocean views.
