Modern vacation apartment with views of horse pastures and courtyard

Our 60-square-meter holiday apartment was built in 2016 at the beautiful Brauershof; it is modern, very comfortable, and has been completely refurbished for you. It offers everything you need to be self-sufficient and feel completely at home—a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, hand blender, and more. The apartment also features a separate bathroom, a large TV, and Wi-Fi. A comfortable box-spring bed (180x200) in the bedroom ensures a restful night’s sleep. For the 3rd or 4th guest, a fold-out sofa is available in the living area. The windows are fitted with fly screens to keep unwanted pests out. In the courtyard area below your apartment, you’re welcome to sit on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the courtyard atmosphere. You’re also welcome to barbecue there if you’d like. <br>You’ll be staying on the ground floor above a horse stable, right in the countryside yet very close to the city (1 km to city centre / 800 m to the train station).<br>You’re also welcome to bring your horse for a holiday with us or to train with your horse. We (the whole family) run a dressage training stable up to the Grand Prix level. Our facility features two 20x60 riding arenas, an outdoor arena that can be prepared for use year-round, a race track, paddocks and a jumping course in the summer, and spacious pastures.<br>A wide range of recreational activities will enrich your stay, such as paddling on the Niers River (250 m away), bike tours along the beautiful Lower Rhine, or a trip to the Arcen Thermal Spa (15 km away).<br>Also nearby: Xanten Archaeological Park (23 km), Irrland Kevelaer Amusement Park (13 km), Arcen Botanical Garden (14 km), and much more.<br>You can easily reach us by car, train (we’d be happy to pick you up from the Geldern train station), or plane (Weeze Airport 22 km / Düsseldorf Airport 55 km). Bicycles are available for rent (subject to availability).
