Holiday Apartment 01-7, named “MEER-RAUM,” is a high-end, 4-room apartment that accommodates up to 6 people.

This lovingly and tastefully furnished 4-room holiday apartment, featuring a furnished balcony facing southwest, is located on the 1st floor. The apartment, with approximately 70 m² of living space, spans two floors and features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional separate guest bathroom. The beach is only about 250 m from the Papillon holiday village.

From the living area, you step out onto the balcony, which is sheltered from the wind and offers privacy. The living room features a comfortable seating area as well as a spacious dining area for 6 people. For entertainment, you’ll find a 49" flat-screen TV (Smart TV) with an USB port, a DAB+ stereo system with USB playback and Bluetooth, a DVD player, and a large selection of DVDs. Books and games are also provided.

The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. Designer flooring has been installed in the kitchen area. The shower room and the separate guest bathroom are tiled. Designer flooring has been installed throughout the living and sleeping areas.

In the bedroom on the ground floor, you’ll find two single beds (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A blackout blind ensures a restful night’s sleep. Each of the two bedrooms on the upper floor features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The windows are covered with roller shades.

The spacious shower room with two sinks includes a separate toilet. The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer. A special feature of this holiday rental is the additional guest bathroom. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In House 1, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available to our guests. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are located in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the house. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday resort. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
