Holiday Apartment No. 80 in the Sünnslag holiday complex is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This comfortably furnished, approximately 61 m² 3-room apartment is located on the ground floor and features a south-east-facing terrace. The apartment includes a living/dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower.

The bright living area features a comfortable sofa set and a cosy dining area. From here, you can also step out onto the furnished terrace. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system, as well as a selection of books and games.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with a microwave, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. A travel cot and a high chair are available free of charge for our younger guests.

Each of the two bedrooms features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a 3-door wardrobe with plenty of storage space for your belongings. The windows are covered with roller shades. High-quality vinyl flooring has been installed in the living and dining area. The bedroom features cork flooring.

The tiled shower room is equipped with a shower and a toilet. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Three women’s bicycles and one men’s bicycle are available for use. (Please note: there is no legal entitlement to these items.)

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
