The 3-room apartment is on the 2nd Upper floor of the house and runs over two levels. Through the front door you enter a spacious hallway with a spiral staircase. From the hall you can reach one of the bedrooms, the shower room and the kitchen with a large north-east balcony. In summer you can see lush greenery, in the cooler seasons you can see the rushing waves of the sea. All rooms of the apartment impress with their new and high-quality furnishings. A complete kitchenette with 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer is integrated in the kitchen. In addition, the modern living area as well as a comfortable couch and armchair, the flat screen TV and a radio with CD and MP3 function (USB and SD card slot) are accommodated in the open living room.
