Holiday Rental 15-4 at the Papillon Resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Located at the end of Building 15 on the ground floor, this quiet 2-room apartment features a terrace facing southwest. It measures approximately 55 m² and includes a living/dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The beach is approximately 250 m from the Papillon holiday complex.

From your living room, you step out onto the sunny terrace, where you can enjoy pleasant hours outdoors; a sun lounger is provided for this purpose. From here, you have direct access to the adjoining lawn. The living room is furnished with a sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm), a chest of drawers, and a dining table for 4 people. For entertainment, you’ll find a TV, a stereo system, games, and books.

The built-in kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer, and a microwave. Laminate flooring is installed throughout the entire apartment.

You can relax in the bedroom, which features a double bed (2x 80 x 200 cm). A wardrobe for your clothes is, of course, provided. Curtains have been chosen to block out the light from the windows.

The apartment features a tiled shower room with a window. Bicycles can be stored in the building’s bike storage room. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Two bicycles (subject to availability), one of which has a child seat, are available to guests in the building’s basement.
For younger guests, a high chair and a cot with a mattress are available in the apartment.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available in Building 15. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers can be used in the building’s basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the town’s public paid car parks.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
