Holiday Apartment 05-1 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Your sun-drenched 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor at the end of Building 5. Spanning approximately 55 m², it features a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The terrace faces southwest. The beach is about 250 m from the Papillon holiday resort.

From the living room, with its floor-to-ceiling windows, you can step out onto the modernly furnished terrace. In the bright living/dining area, with its high-quality tile flooring, you can relax on the comfortable upholstered corner sofa with a pull-out bed (130 x 190 cm). Enjoy your meals at the modern dining table, which is furnished with comfortable upholstered chairs. The large flat-screen TV (40 inches, 102 cm), the modern stereo system, and the Blu-ray player provide plenty of entertainment. A small selection of children’s toys is sure to make the kids’ eyes light up.

The open-concept kitchenette, with its high-quality appliances, offers plenty of space for preparing meals. It features a dishwasher, a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The separate bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a 3-door wardrobe with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. The floor is covered with laminate. Exterior blinds on the windows provide privacy.

The bright bathroom with a window is equipped with a modern sink and a walk-in shower. Additional amenities include an ironing board and an iron, as well as Wi-Fi (subject to availability). Bicycles can be stored in the basement. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 5, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to our guests in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, quietly yet centrally located on the edge of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike storage area or a bike storage room.
