The buildings were hand built by the original owner and have all the amenities you`ll need - fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, detached building with game room & loft, private outdoor space with hot tub & fire pit. The property is set up with a main house and a detatched building. The main house features an upstairs master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a walkout deck. On the main floor are the living, dining and kitchen areas with the second bedroom and full bathroom.
The detached building is a game room and sitting area with a large smart TV. The upstairs loft features a fun 3rd bedroom. Please be aware there is not a bathroom in this separate building.
The Location:
You`ll be situated at the end of a level, private gravel driveway just over a 1/4 mile from a paved, state-maintained road. This provides easy access for all types of vehicles in all seasons.

- Pets are welcome with a $110 fee per pet, per reservation
- Please be aware this property is located in a true forest setting. Don`t forget to pack your outdoor essentials. Bug spray and long sleeves/pants are usually a good idea any time of year. Being located in the woods means sharing the space with local wildlife and insects. We perform regular pest control, but we can make no guarantees or issue refunds for insects in or around the house - such as stink bugs, lady bugs, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, biting gnats, etc. You may also encounter wildlife including bears, foxes, snakes, skunks and other local woodland creatures. Do not approach these animals or attempt to feed them. Please be prepared! And do not leave food or your pets unattended outdoors.

We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as though you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.
QUIET HOURS 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication. If a second noise violation/complaint occurs, your reservation may be terminated.
MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, do not make a reservation without contacting us for pre-approval. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.
LOCAL RESIDENTS REQUIRE APPROVAL. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. Otherwise, we reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.
GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay.
NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we will request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.
PETS ALLOWED. We welcome well-behaved pets. Please clean up after your pet outside and inside. If you must allow your pets on furniture, please cover the furniture with YOUR OWN blanket or towel. The pet fee does NOT include animal waste cleanup or stains on bedding, towels, or upholstery.
CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 2:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.
