The Reet/AM12b holiday home is a 4-room semi-detached house that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over three floors, this spacious semi-detached house with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your holiday here across 100 m².

The south/west-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room and offers an unobstructed view of the garden. For your entertainment, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio/CD player are available. Two additional TVs are available in the bedrooms.

On the ground floor of the holiday home is the spacious living area with a cosy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. The modern kitchenette features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave.

On the upper floor, you’ll find two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed consisting of two single mattresses (2x90 x 200 cm). The second bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The upper floor also features an utility room and a washing machine. The comfortable bathrooms are equipped with walk-in showers. The upstairs bathroom also features a bathtub, perfect for relaxing.

The attic features another bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking home. A cot and a high chair are included. Special features of the holiday home include a small infrared sauna and a beach chair located on the terrace. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available. A handcart (subject to availability) is available for use in the shed.

The holiday resort on Mariannenweg is located in a low-traffic area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The car park with individual spaces is located directly at the resort’s entrance. This holiday home has 2 designated parking spaces. You can park additional cars in the nearby public car park for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access.

Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating costs. Bed linens and towels are not included. They can be rented from us for a fee (without making the beds).

In addition to the total amount, you’ll pay a security deposit to ensure the property is returned in good condition. Your rental deposit is 250.00 €. The deposit is due along with the final payment and will be refunded within 5 business days after departure, provided there are no complaints or defects.

The Am Mariannenweg holiday village, with its exclusive thatched-roof cottages, offers you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in Boltenhagen Tarnewitz, located close to the beach. The distance to the beach is approximately 400 m.
Children are warmly welcome in all thatched cottages within the holiday village. The resort has its own securely fenced playground. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, ride the animal-shaped rocking toys, and dig in the sandpit. A ping-pong table rounds out the amenities for your older children as well.

Dogs are allowed in many of the houses.
The entire complex offers free Wi-Fi.

The car park, with individual parking spaces for each house, is located directly at the entrance to the traffic-calmed complex.

At the Am Mariannenweg holiday resort, exclusive holiday homes with a unique living atmosphere await you. Each of the 20 semi-detached homes features two to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living room with an open kitchen, and a generous terrace, and can accommodate four to nine people, depending on the layout.
You’re, of course, welcome to drive onto the property to bring your luggage or larger purchases to your thatched cottage. For bicycles you’ve brought with you, you
