Die Wohnung liegt super gut am Stadtwald. Man ist flink überall in KüBo. Die FeWo hat alles was man braucht. Etwas störend waren die vorbeigehenden Passanten die durch die Lage im Hochparterre, und ohne Sichtschutz direkten Einblick auf den Balkon und das WoZi haben. Lediglich Verdunklungsvorhänge sind dort angebracht, die man tagsüber ja nicht schließen mag.
