The garden level features a living room and bedroom with a fold-out bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and access to the patio. From here, you can access the ground floor, which features a modern, fully equipped kitchen, a bright hallway, and a living room with a seating and dining area. In the living room, in addition to books and toys, you’ll find a modern entertainment system with a 42-inch LED Smart TV (with Netflix access), a Bluetooth-enabled amplifier, and a Blu-ray player (there’s a second TV with a PS3 in the garden room). High-speed Wi-Fi (O2 50 MB), a phone (German landline and mobile networks only), and a washing machine are available for free use. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms and a modern shower room.
