The newly renovated, non-smoking apartment is 45 square metres in size and spans two levels. In front of the apartment is a covered terrace with seating and a view of the surrounding mountains.

The apartment accommodates up to 2 people and features a new kitchen, a modern living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom feature underfloor heating. There is also a free parking space for your vehicle right in front of the house.

Start your holiday activities right on your doorstep: you can set out on numerous hikes, bike rides, and mountain bike tours directly from your accommodation. The Wallbergbahn is just a 10-minute walk away. In winter, you’ll find excellent conditions for downhill and cross-country skiing right nearby. We’d be happy to give you tips on places to visit!
Afterwards, round off your day with a glass of wine on the terrace and enjoy the sunset.

The centre of Rottach-Egern is about 2 km away and is easily accessible by bike, car, or on foot. Alternatively, use your guest card to ride the RVO bus lines for free—the bus stop is not far from the house.
