Holiday at Haus Juliane! Just a few steps from the church square and a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach, we offer 8 holiday apartments of various sizes for a relaxing holiday in Warnemünde. Dear guests, welcome to Haus Juliane! We offer comfortably furnished holiday apartments for 2–4 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This approximately 50-square-meter, two-room “Strandliebe” holiday apartment on the ground floor offers plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment was partially refurnished in 2023 with great attention to detail. You’ll feel right at home here as a holiday guest.
You’ll find all the amenities here, such as a TV/radio and free Wi-Fi. The living room features a double sofa bed, and the bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The holiday apartment is for non-smokers only. You can enjoy the sun on the balcony.

The initial supplies for the apartment include one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, and shower mat).

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged when booking with a dog.

You’re also welcome to book one of the other holiday apartments in the same building—ideal for couples who are friends or families.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: €3.70/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): €1.45/day
Children ages 6–14: €1.45/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying person, only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: 2.00 € one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): 2.50 € per night
- Dog/cleaning: 30.00 € one-time fee
- Dog/Juliane: 5.00 € per night
