Dear guests, welcome to Haus Juliane! We offer comfortably furnished holiday apartments for 2–4 people in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

This approximately 40-square-meter one-room “Lichtblick” holiday apartment on the ground floor offers plenty of space for up to 3 people. The apartment was partially refurnished in 2023 with great attention to detail. You’ll feel right at home here as a holiday guest.
You’ll find all the amenities here, such as a TV/radio and free Wi-Fi. The living room features a sleeper sofa, and the separate, spacious sleeping area is equipped with a double bed. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, and hair dryer. The holiday apartment is reserved for non-smokers. You can enjoy the sun on the large rooftop terrace.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Pet lovers and a maximum of 1 dog are welcome here. An additional final cleaning fee will be charged for bookings with a dog.

You’re also welcome to book one of the other holiday apartments in the same building—ideal for couples or families travelling together.

Bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, shops, post office, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent enclosed parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Dog/cleaning: €30.00 one-time fee
- Dog/Juliane: €5.00 per night
