Our cosy holiday home "Änne" for 4 people is a 80-square-meter semi-detached house. <br>With our additional double room "Jule" (on the upper floor, accessible via an outdoor staircase), it can accommodate up to 6 people.<br><br>You enter through the separate entrance with a hallway and guest bathroom, into the spacious living-dining area, which features a dining area for up to 6 people and a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a refrigerator, oven with glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo pod machine, toaster, electric kettle, dish soap, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, and cleaning supplies.<br><br>The adjacent utility room contains a small freezer, a microwave, a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, a mop, and a mop bucket.<br><br>The cosy living area is furnished with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a large TV (satellite TV).<br><br>A staircase from the living area leads to the upper floor, which features a master bedroom with a box-spring bed (two 0.90 x 2.00 m mattresses) and satellite TV, <br>a bedroom with two single box-spring beds (each 0.90 x 2.00 m) and a shower room (shower 1.40 x 1.00 m) with a hair dryer.<br>From the living area, you can step out onto the terrace with a seating area, umbrella, and grill, as well as into the garden with a swing, sandpit, slide, ping-pong table, and garden toys.<br>The garden is available for use by all guests.<br><br>A parking space is available in front of the house.<br><br>For the 5th and 6th guests, you can book a separate large bedroom.<br><br>The third bedroom (30 square metres) is located on the upper floor and is accessible via an outdoor staircase.<br>It is furnished with a box-spring bed (2 single mattresses, 0.90 x 2.00),<br>two comfortable armchairs for relaxing, a small dining table, and two chairs.<br>A Senseo pod coffee maker and a refrigerator are also available. A small selection of dishes and glasses is also provided.<br>A separate shower room with a hair dryer and soap is adjacent to the large bedroom.<br><br>This bedroom can be booked separately.
