If you're seeking convenience, the town is just a short 5 to 10-minute drive from the condominium, allowing easy access to the vibrant atmosphere, local attractions, and dining options. The nearest supermarket is only minutes away, ensuring you have everything you need at your fingertips.

Guests will need to go down 3 flight of about 10 stairs each. There is no elevator available and this is the only entrance to the unit. The condo is located on the same level as the pool.

We have recently received a notification that the complex pool will be out of service due to a leak that is currently being evaluated for repair.

At this time, there is no estimated date for when the work will begin; however, it is expected to start as soon as possible.

This notice was published on March 25, 2026. For all reservations made after this date, it will be assumed that guests have been informed and accept that the complex pool will not be available during their stay.

If this notice is not read prior to booking, we will do our best to assist with a change; however, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.

Casa Elevación is located in a peaceful 13-unit complex in the Monte Seco / Vista Marina neighborhood, an elevated and quiet area just:

🚕 5–6 minutes by taxi to the beach, shops, and restaurants
🚶‍♀️ 800 meters to the new Maxi Pali (mini Walmart)
🛒 5 minute drive to Auto Mercado (upscale grocery store)
🚗 Free on-site parking

A night security guard is on duty 10pm–6am, and exterior cameras add extra safety.

The home comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests (2 in a king bed, 1 in a queen Murphy bed).
No pets allowed.

To access the complex, guests will need to traverse a section of unpaved road that ascends uphill in elevation. It's worth noting that any vehicle, regardless of size or type, can comfortably navigate this route to reach the condo. However, if you're considering not having a vehicle during your stay at the complex, please take this into consideration. In such cases, we recommend renting a golf cart with larger wheels and a robust engine to ensure it can manage the uphill terrain with ease. Your comfort and convenience are our priorities, and we want to make sure your transportation needs are met during your stay.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.


The unit is located across 3 floors. Even the ground floor that features the Murphy bed, living room and kitchen and bathroom needs to be accessed by climbing about 5 steps.

📝 Important Notes
• Tropical climate: bugs are normal if doors/windows are left open. Be mindful to keep doors/windows closed.
• Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, spices, shampoo, etc.) are provided, but not replenished during long stays.
• Guest box includes extra lights, batteries, and helpful items.
