This is a really nice 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with large open front room with 70" Flat screen TV streaming Sling - Etc open floor plan into spacious newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliance and all amenities needed. Master bedroom with King size bed, walk in closet, 2 regular bedroom's with queen beds and 1 single bed. Closet space available 1 Full bathroom / 1 regular bathroom with stand-up shower / 3 Car parking,
Check in time 4 pm Check out 11 am.
6 guest MAX at all times on or in property . No pets

Cozy and spacious!

I have never been to Parker Az before so I wanted to get a place close to everything. Our friends stayed at Sundance RV area in the Ca side and it did not take us long to drive to them. We ate at the pirates Den which is also close and a great place to go. This place had all the amenities you need and had tv and wifi. My teens and little ones had a blast here! They loved having room to dance and I loved having the driveway with gates and locks. We enjoyed this cute house a ton and can’t wait to be back. Also I had gotten in contact with Cathy and she was always responsive and such an amazing host. Thank you Cathy!!!

Arizona vacation

Booking was easy and I was kept informed by email regularly. House was clean and didn't have any weird funky smells. The place is almost a nice place just not kept up. Patched holes in the walls/ceiling , broken/loose tiles, weird lumps under carpet, loose outlets. Just a bunch of small things would help make it a nice place to stay but it did serve our needs just fine

Favorite Buisness trip every year!

We use this property every year for buisness. We have been coming for 8 years now! It is very clean and roomy, darts, tv's fuzball . Right next to the Colorado river. Wife and Employees love it . Thanks so much Cathy!

My wife and I, along with our four friends enjoyed our time at Parker. The location was was quiet and easily accessible. Best of all we found everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Blue Water Casino was just a couple minutes away! Perhaps the only criticism would be the TV. We had difficulties finding programs. And there seemed no WIFI. But the fooze ball table made up for it. Thanks again, Tom

Parker AZ is a beautiful vacation spot with tons of things to do on the Colorado river from boating to wake boarding water skiing jet skiing etc., having lunch on the water at one of the famous floating restaurants/bars along with water access to the Blue Water Casino and Resort We see loads of Snowbirds that come every year to avoid the cold weather. Lots of activities for snowbirds throughout the winter months The Colorado River is minutes away from the front door of this property. Adventure awaits

House is located on a quite street just off hwy 95 down from the Blue Water Casino we have dessert access just down the street motorcycle riding, Razors etc., A Must !
everyone knows and loves the area just over the mountain is the famous Dessert Bar a must see if you've never been.
