If you fancy trying your luck at The Blue Water Casino or the 5 star Emerald Canyon Golf Course there are endless things to keep you occupied year round. If you’re an outdoor enthusiast, off-roader, or hiker this location offers everything imaginable. Let’s not forget about all the other offerings this great state has to offer such as Sedona, Flagstaff, Prescott, Scottsdale, and of course the world famous Grand Canyon, Painted Desert and Petrified Forest. Also, named after an early explorer of the region, Bill Williams is a relatively short, but scenic and interesting river in a little-known area of Arizona - it flows from Alamo Reservoir through the wild Buckskin Mountains in the west central part of the state and joins the Colorado River at Lake Havasu, just above Parker Dam. The lower stretches, reachable by road, are wide, and the river meanders across a tree-lined valley, protected as a National Wildlife Refuge mainly because of the many species of birds found there. The upper part is rather different as here the waters flow through a narrow, pathless canyon where sheer cliffs and rocky terraces alternate with sandbanks along the edge while deep pools and occasional small cascades are found along the stream way, and so exploring the river can involve an easy walk around the NWR or a rather more strenuous hike through the Sonoran desert scenery of the upper gorge. So don’t forget your binoculars, fishing gear, and of course your kayaks, canoe, or boat. Havasu Spring resort offers many conveniences for the boater and restaurant experiences for those nights you want to relax and not cook or drive to Lake Havasu City. We look forward to you enjoying are little piece of heaven.

This year was the 4th time we have rented this house. It is the perfect location for all the things we love to do. Riding our side by side in the desert, visiting with friends, dining at restaurants located on the Colorado River. The Hillcrest Bay subdivision is a very quiet neighborhood. And is very convenient for going on walks.
Price was very fair and pics represent it perfectly. Easy check in and house was nice. Views from back deck are great. I would definitely stay again if in the area.
This was our first time staying in Hillcrest Bay, a very quiet community at the very south end of Lake Havasu. A quick drive to the lake at Havasu Springs. Made it to the Parker Strip for a day too! Jim was great and very easy to communicate with, a great host!
Friends own in Hillcrest Bay and this spot was perfect to stay near them for the weekend. Property is very nice and well appointed. Communication with the owner was great and the everything was exactly as described.
Centrally located. Close to restaurants/bars on the Colorado River. Very quiet neighborhood. Great area to go for daily walk.Near UTV riding areas...both north and south.
This is our sixth visit to Parker and our second time at this VRBO. This is also our favorite rental of all the places we have stayed here. Clean, comfortable, great view of the mountains and water. The A/C works great and the patio is super comfortable with nice seating, working BBQ and outside ceiling fan! Communication with the host is easy and fast. Couldn't ask for anything more!
Was a great location being halfway between Parker and Havasu so you could see the whole river. Awesome view of the lake from the house. Parking for 2 vehicles, clean home with up to date appliances. Would stay again for sure.

We’re glad you enjoyed your stay and the beautiful views we look forward to you staying with us in the future.
Thanks,
Jim
Upon arrival we didn’t even make it inside before feeling completely at home. Great location outside of the city. Trails close by. Quiet with great views. Kitchen was well equipped for making meals. Would stay again.
The house was perfect for a visit with our daughter. We live full-time in an RV, so when we have guests, we always get a rental. I've wanted to stay at Hillcrest Bay for sometime, but I hadn't seen this house before, or if I did, it was not available when I needed it. Would book it again without hesitation.
The house is great and has everything you need. Bed is comfortable and so is the patio. There's plenty of space to spread out. The best part of the stay is the view. If you like beautiful sunsets on a great patio this is the place to stay. Thanks Jim everything was perfect.
Spacious Accommodation with Lake View from Nice Deck!
Ice accommodations for all, especially the elderly in our party. Our 92 year old patriarch was able to maneuver about in his wheelchair easily and with a little help to get in and out of the door. The view from the deck, with plenty of outside furniture, was amazing! Willl definitely rent from Jim again.
Our family of five has rented this home the last 3-4 years and love it. This year, they installed Starlink and now we can stream music, movies at night, after a long day on the lake. Thank you for another great trip!
The home was just as advertised.. Jim the host was super easy and gracious. Coming back next year if not sooner for the same boating event .
Location is awesome , view is sooooo good and the place had everything you needed . Our new favorite spot to stay in Havasu . Thanks Jim !!
We stayed for the month of Jan and were very pleased with this home. It was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect for us and the kitchen and appliances were new. We loved the open view of the lake and rocky hills especially at sunrise and sunset. We liked that it was away from the busy Lake Havasu City area, yet close enough to drive in to have fun. It was convenient for many day trips to Parker, Yucca, Quartzite, Kingsman, Joshua Tree and Oatman. We highly recommend this home and would plan to go back.
This home was very clean and looked just like the pictures. Spacious kitchen with extra seating, if needed. Very nice decor and nice quality furniture. Outdoor space is fabulous and the views are breathtaking. The people in the neighborhood are very welcoming. Jim was very timely with communicating and so pleasant to work with. Great property!!
This is second winter we have rented this property. The house is very well kept up and sparkling clean. Patio is secluded and has beautiful view. Neighborhood is very quiet and has nice paved roads for going on walks. Owner responds very quickly if any small issues arise.
