We had 12 people mostly kids, communicating with host was easy and they were understanding and responsive through the whole process. We had some small bumps in the road but the host was very open and understanding. The kids loved the themed rooms and the gate by the pool for safety. They had some basic items but we brought our own gates and other items for the smallest littles with us per hosts permission. The house slept all of us comfortably, the location wasn’t far from stores and things to do.
