The kitchen features a counter that doubles as a dining area and is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, Nespresso and drip coffee makers, and a small oven. The living area features a cosy couch that can also serve as a sleeping area for a third person upon request. The apartment also offers a separate toilet and a bright bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub; both have windows facing the outside. The bedroom features a double bed and a large closet.
