Beautiful 465 sq. ft. studio, totally remodeled. Private, large kitchen, granite countertops with stainless steel appliances & dishwasher. Queen size bed and pull out couch, sleeps 2 adults and 2 children . Separate vanity with sink and sitting area. Newer, dual-head shower & toilet. Wardrobe closet, 42 flat screen TV. Comfortable living area. Washer & Dryer located just outside the unit. This is a bottom rear unit with no views. Great place to have happy hour / street dining / kayak / surf shops , walk and watch the sunset and smell the Ocean Breeze.

We are Leti & Nader. We have lived in San Diego since the mid-70's. Leti was born in Leon, Mexico and possesses a beautiful spanish accent. Leti is a graduate of San Diego State University and has been an elementary school teacher since. Nader was born in Glendale California graduated from St. Augustine High School and Miramar College and has been self employed for 30 years . Owner of Scoops La Jolla .
Why they chose this property
We have worked our entire lives for everything we have earned to be able to purchase this beach property. We wanted to share this small piece of paradise with our family, friends and vacationers from around the world. 'Mi Casa es Su Casa'.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location and an exquisitely refurbished property, what a unique combination! 2 minute walk to a world-class beach for families with great swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and surfing, among other beach sports. Next door and across the street access to Surf lessons & rentals for snorkeling, kayaking, etc.
Small village-beach appeal with authentic owner-operated restaurants, featuring Parisian style outdoor dining (no late night noise). All La Jolla destinations within minutes drive or even better a leisurely bike ride or walk.
Easy access to the freeways. San Diego's Sea World, Downtown Gaslamp Quarter, Seaport Village, Petco Park, the world famous Zoo, Torrey Pines PGA golf course and Del Mar Race Track, amongst a host of other destinations, all within a 20 minute drive or less. Enjoy wine tasting at vineyards 1 hour away in Temecula.
