A nice looking cottage that is fairly new construction located in a picturesque Banyalbufar in the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which means you are going to be doing a LOT of mountain winding road driving. Local beach is wild and requites yo be in good physical shape to get to it. The space inside the cottage is pretty small, especially the closet space for closing for two people. One thing that everyone should know is that the location of the cottage is in the middle of a public parking lot with cars moving in and out constantly, but less so at night. There is also lots of road noise from motorcycles and cars passing by the house. There are very nice views from both terraces, however, the patio furniture is tiny and the sunbeds are in need of an update. The owner should upgrade the terrace table and chairs, which would make staying at the cottage a much more enjoyable experience!Overall, the price paid reflected all of the issues noted.

Urlaub auf Mallorca

Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen. Die Lage an der Straße ist bei starkem Motorradverkehr nicht so angenehm. Sonst aber waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Alles war wie auf den Bildern beschrieben und der eigene Parkplatz ist wirklich Gold wert,man hat seine Ruhe und keine Nachbarn im direkten Umfeld,die Straße führt am Häuschen vorbei aber war für uns wenig störend.Alles war sauber und der Gastgeber hat nett mit uns über WhatsApp alles abgeklärt

Das Häuschen ist schön, modern eingerichtet und besticht durch die unglaublich schönen Ausblicke auf das Meer, das Dorf und die Berge. Die Insellage des Häuschens zwischen zwei Parkplätzen, einem Weg und der Hauptstraße ist jedoch gewöhnungsbedürftig

Ideal für alle ,die gerne wandern

Das Haus liegt am Ortsrand von Banyalbufar mit schönem Blick von der Terrasse zum Meer. Die Autogeräusche haben uns wenig gesört, da wir tagsüber unterwegs waren und abends war es ruhig. Das Haus hat alles, was man für eine Woche braucht. Zwei zusätzliche Handtücher wären gut gewesen.

Lautes Haus, um das viel los ist

Pro -Schöne Aussicht von Terrasse Contra -Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, allerdings nicht sehr wohnlich -Zu wenig Staumöglichkeit in Schlafzimmer & Bad -Muffiges Bad -Außenbereich hinter dem Haus: zu laut wegen Hauptstraße und einsichtig von außen, Grill sehr dreckig und nicht nutzbar -vor dem Haus: laut wegen Hauptstraße und um Grundstück befindet sich öffentlicher Parkplatz - viel los und dadurch laut -Lautstärke der Straße sehr störend -Preis für Haus + Einrichtung eindeutig zu teuer

Ruhe auf Mallorca

Sehr schönes Häuschen, wunderbar gelegen mit Blick aufs Meer und eine Zitronenbäumchen im Garten. Tagsüber ist die Straße gut befahren, aber nicht übermäßig. Nachts hört man nur die Natur. Leider hatten wir Probleme mit dem Wasser aufgrund von regionaler Wasserknappheit, was in dieser Region im Frühling und Sommer anscheinend ein großes Problem ist. Wasser war teilweise gar nicht und die restliche Zeit nur mit sehr geringem Druck vorhanden.

Unterkunft und Ort Banyalbufar haben uns gut gefallen, Kommunikation vor Ort war auch super. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, ruhige Unterkunft trotz nahegelegener Straße.

super Unterkunft

ein neu renoviertes kleines Haus mit Wärmeschutzfenster. Die Klimaanlage fungiert als Heizung sehr gut. Mit minimalem Aufwand angenehme Raumtemperatur. Es waren wenige Autos zu hören, Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Das Bett hat eine riesige Bettdecke und einer sehr gute Matratze, die sich an die Körperform anpasst. Wir konnten mit Kabel und LAN am Router ohne schädliche WLAN-Strahlung ins Internet
