schönes kleines Häuschen mit tollem Garten

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern und einem Hund dort. Es hat alles gepasst. Wir konnten nichts negatives feststellen. Es ist alles da, was man für einen gemütlichen Urlaub benötigt. Alles war sauber und aufgeräumt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Traumhafte Lage

Nur 4 Nächte, die sich wie 14 Tage anfühlten. Es gibt so viel Schönes zu entdecken, sowohl in Caputh als auch in Potsdam. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Entspannen.

Auszeit

Es ist ein schöner Kleiner Bungalow der für 2 Personen optimal ist. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit mag der wird nichts vermissen. Da wir in unserem ähnliche Bedingungen haben haben wir uns heimisch gefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war entspannt gut. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage Bernd und Anita

Wenn möglich, dann würde ich minus 5 Sterne geben. Einfach nur schrecklich!

Als wir ankamen, war das Ferienhaus noch besetzt da man unsere Anreise nicht berücksichtigt hat. Das Haus war dreckig und heruntergekommen. In der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab. Dreckig war sie auch. In der Toilette konnte man nicht spülen da das Wasser nicht ablief. Das haus war voller Insekten die man auch mit Insektenspray nicht beseitigt bekam. Wir sind nach 3 anstatt 7 Tagen wieder abgereist weil es nicht zumutbar war. Sowas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Wer einen Horrorurlaub möchte, sollte dieses Haus buchen. Für alle anderen absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Leider kann man keine Bilder einstellen. Wir haben den Horror dokumentiert.

Tolles Ferienhäuschen

Wir verbrachten eine regnerische Woche in Caputh in diesem kleinen Haus. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war nett, die Küchennische ist super ausgestattet. Die Beschwerden über die fehlende Kaffeemaschine können wir nicht nachvollziehen, da es sowohl eine French Press als auch einen Moka Express gab. Dass viele Schubladen mit "privat" gekennzeichnet waren, hat uns nicht gestört. Leider ging bei uns das Internet nicht (ein Tag vor unserer Anreise ist ein Kabel kaputt gegangen) und die Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen, weswegen die Nächte nicht sehr erholsam waren. Sowohl Kabel und Matratze werden aber neu besorgt, bzw. war das Kabel schon bestellt. Sowas konnte man der Vermieterin gut zurückmelden und sie war auch immer ansprechbar für uns bei Fragen.

Wir hatten leider nur 3 Tage!!!!!

Die wir allerdings sehr genossen haben! Eingebettet in eine kleine „Datschensiedlung“ aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert – mit dem Komfort und der Bequemlichkeit der Jetzt-Zeit – liegt das Häuschen und empfängt den Gast mit sehr persönlichem Charme. Vielleicht nicht der Geschmack von „Jedem“ – aber unserer zu 100 Prozent. Wir kommen wieder und dann mit mehr Zeit im Gepäck. Auch, weil der Ort ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradexkursionen ist. Zudem hatten wir einen super netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt!

Schwielowsee

Das kleine Häuschen liegt wirklich fast direkt am Wasser, wunderbar für Spaziergänge, Radtouren, Ausflüge mit dem Schiff und Potsdam ist ganz nah. Die Innenausstattung des Hauses zeigt, dass es auch von der Besitzerin genutzt wird, Alles vorhanden, Haken endlich mal in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Der kleine Garten ist gemütlich und die Terasse mit der Überdachung zu jeder Zeit nutzbar, könnte jedoch noch eine bessere Beleuchtung vertragen, so dass auch in der Dunkelheit gespielt werden kann. Insgesamt ist der Garten "naturbelassen" ein bisschen mehr Aufmerksamkeit würde ihm guttun. Die Gartenmöbel, der Tisch auf der Terasse, z.T. wackelig oder auch reparaturbedürftig. Ein paar persönliche Informationen über Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Insiderwissen,Tipps + Tricks helfen mir mehr als Informationsflyer.

Unsauber

Es war unsauber, überall Staubflusen. Ich kenne es so, das ich einen Bungalow zur eigenen Verfügung habe. Nein, überall Privatsachen ob im Bad oder im Kühlschrank und in jedem Zimmer. Überall waren Aufkleber angebracht mit der Aufschrift PRIVAT. Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, keinen Fernseher, keine ordentliche Kaffeemaschine .Die Abflüsse haben nach Gülle gerochen. Das schönste war der kleine Garten. Also die Bewertungen vor der Reise können überhaupt nicht stimmen. Es haben sich schon mehrere Urlauber über diese Zustände geäußert. Wir haben ehemalige Urlauber aus diesem Bungalow gesprochen. Da wir gutes Wetter hatten, waren wir glücklicherweise nur zum schlafen drin.

Sehr schöne Basistation

Ein sehr schön eingerichtetes Häuschen mit kleinem feinen Grundstück! Idealerweise für zwei Personen, die die wunderbare Havellandschaft erleben möchten. Die Kommunikation mit der freundlichen Gastgeberin ist perfekt.

Kleines feines Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Kurzurlaub. Das Haus ist mit allem eingerichtet was man so braucht. Auch der Garten ist für Kinder sehr schön. Uns hat es gut gefallen.

Ernüchternd

Trotz guter Bewertungen, haben wir bei diesem Objekt weniger gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Schlafräume, die nicht abzudunkeln sind, hat die Übernachtung mit Baby erschwert. Darüber hinaus wies das Doppelbett Mängel auf, was die Nachteuhe erheblich gestört hat. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche empfanden wir als mangelhaft. Es fehlte an einem Herd, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle. Uns persönlich hat auch ein kleiner Fernseher für abends gefehlt. Alles in allem ist das Haus ok, wenn man zu zweit reist, und nur für die Nächte dort ist. Mit Baby und wenn man längere Zeit dort verbringen muss, würde ich dieses nicht empfehlen.
