Tolle Wohnung, sehr gute Lage

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist toll ausgestattet und man vermisst hier nichts. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist herrlich, und Standort ist ideal für Fahhradtouren. Ich hatte im Vorfeld viele Fragen, die jedesmal sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet wurden. Ich kann nur sagen, jederzeit wieder.

Wunderschöne Lage

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern ein paar Tage in der Wohnung im OG verbracht. Die Lage ist großartig. Morgens kann man die Sonne über dem See aufgehen sehen und der Natur lauschen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Mir hat die moderne Einrichtung sehr gefallen. Ich kann das Haus am See sehr weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit fantastischer Aussicht.

Es waren schöne Urlaubstage in einer liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Terrasse ist mit ihrem Ausblick auf die Havel traumhaft. Sehr gute Organisation rund um die Anreise.

Schöner Kurzurlaub mit toller Aussicht

Wir waren ein paar Tage zu dritt in Werder. Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung war gut eingerichtet und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Havel. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Urlaub mit 12 jährigen Enkel

Immobilie weist eine sehr schöne Lage unmittelbar an der Havel aus. Durch die private Nutzung des Bootssteges eine optimale Sportnutzung am Wasser möglich. Im Obergeschoss war vor allem die wunderbare Dachterasse vorteilhaft. In der Wohnung fehlte nichts an Hausrat. Ein Wäscheständer und Bezüge für die Aussenliegestühle wäre von Nutzen gewesen. Ich würde dieses Objekt (OG) wieder wählen. Fam. Schulze

Traumhafter Blick vom Sofa

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter und geschmsckvoller Ausstattung und vor allem einem traumhafter Blick auf die Havel und die Altstadt, was braucht es mehr! Es fehlte nichts, sogar eine Abstell und Lademöglichkeit fürs E-Bike ist vorhanden. Gerne wieder.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in traumhafter Lage

Die Wohnung ist toll. Besonders die schöne Dachterrasse mit Havel- und Werderblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alles wie beschrieben und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Unschlagbare Aussicht

Unser Aufenthalt an der Havel war sehr schön . Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, für die Kaffeemaschine sollte man am besten ungemahlene Kaffeebohnen mitbringen. Es gibt ein tolles Bad,auch mit Havelblick,aber leider ohne Whirlpool. Das ist in der Ausstattungs-Beschreibung erst auf den zweiten Blick ersichtlich. Ebenso wie die Tatsache, dass es nicht zwei Betten und zwei Schlafzimmer gibt, sondern u.a. eine Schlafcouch, die selbst zum Bett ausgezogen werden muss und im Wohn-/Esszimmer integriert ist. Daher für die Ausstattung einen Punkt Abzug.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr nett eingerichtet und hatte alles, was man braucht. Der Blick von Wohnzimmer und Dachterrasse aus ist wunderschön. Nicht ganz eindeutig war die Objektbeschreibung. Wir (ich bin mit meinem Bruder und meiner Mutter gereist) dachten, es gäbe zwei separate Schlafzimmer, aber das eine Doppelbett befindet sich hinter einem Raumtrenner im Wohnzimmer. Und die Größe der Betten ist mit Kingsize auch nicht korrekt angegeben - die Betten sind nur etwa 1,60 m breit. Auch einen Whirlpool gab es leider nicht (vielleicht in der unteren Wohnung?). Aber wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kommunikation im Vorfeld lief gut und sehr freundlich, und wir könnten uns vorstellen, noch einmal wiederzukommen.
