Our light-filled, spacious holiday home “Emslandzauber” in Walchum offers plenty of room for up to 4 people. <br>Four-legged family members are also welcome. The “Seeblick” holiday home is fully equipped with everything you’d expect from your holiday home. <br>Spend the best days of the year with your family, your children, your pet, or even as a couple in our cosy holiday rental right on the lake....<br><br>Inside, you’ll find modern, high-quality furnishings, and we’ve also ensured accessibility. Among other features, the entrances have low thresholds, all interior doors are one metre wide, and the shower is walk-in. From the living/dining room, you can access the spacious terrace area, where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. <br>We offer our guests free Wi-Fi and a smart TV. <br>The popular Emsland holiday region offers a wide variety of activities, including events, bike tours, sightseeing, nature, fishing, and much more.<br>There is a private swimming spot right next to the house, and a larger swimming lake is only 200 metres away.<br><br>Optional services:<br>- Dog: 28.27 EUR per stay
