We’re delighted that you’re interested in Lathen and the surrounding area and that our “Gerda” holiday rental has caught your attention. The apartment is located near the town centre in a quiet area. A bakery, supermarket, and train station are nearby and easily accessible on foot.

Located on the upper floor, the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has a living area of 73 m².
The apartment features a covered terrace that’s perfect for barbecuing and relaxing. Our modernly furnished holiday rental features 2 bedrooms: one with 2 separate box-spring beds and another with a double box-spring bed and a smart TV. A travel cot and a high chair are available for small children.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, and more. A separate dining room adjoins the kitchen.
The cosy, beautiful living room is equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV.
Parking is available next to the apartment.
If you have bicycles with you, they can be stored in a garage belonging to the holiday rental and charged as needed.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung , ist fast mittig zwischen den Städten Meppen und Papenburg .Sie ladet zum entspannten Fahrrad fahren entlang der Ems, oder zu vielen Anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten im Emsland, oder in den Grenznahen Niederlanden ein.
