Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This beautifully condo has a great room, which features plenty of seating for your group with a large comfortable sectional sofa, and a side chair. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with Cable and HBO! Wireless Internet is also provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy views of the Gulf! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 4 at the dining room table.For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a regular coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. There is a brand new memory foam mattress on the King size bed to ensure the perfect night's sleep! The guest bedroom features a Queen size bed and 2 Twin size beds via the bunk bed so you will have plenty of room for a large family. The guest bedroom has direct access to the hall bathroom. The Master Bedroom Features a SMART TV. The Guest bedroom come with an LCD TV.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your balcony! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Starting off the view was amazing. The place was nice and cozy. The walk to the beach was so close that when we were bored could easily take a walk without it being a long trip to get there. Nice clean place and had everything you need in the kitchen and just minutes away from all the fishing charters. Pool was great and hot tub was even better. Had a blast and will book here again.

Amazing as usual!

We love the Seabreeze1 Resort! The rooms are fantastic and we love the closeness to the beach. We’ll be coming back again soon. Great for families.

Great Stay

We needed a condo that allowed the kids their space and the wife and I our space. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pits/pans. More importantly the view was incredible and access to the pool and beach on spot.

Our family stayed here for the weekend and it was a beautiful and relaxing stay. Check in/check out was smooth and we had no problems during our stay. I was a little worried about our toddler because some places aren't baby friendly but everything went well. We will definitely be visiting again.

Wonderful stay coming off the pandemic, we felt safe and confrontable!!!!

We will stay here next year with more family. We look forward to seeing you next year. We will be looking for a larger room with more guests available to posabilaty to stay over night. We would like to stay a whole week, please send info on a week's stay Monday through Friday in the moth of June. Thank You.

Ocean dream vacation

It was a wonderful relaxing stay. Found it with GPS no problem at all. Check in was super easy. Clean and orderly. Towels were kind of hard to the touch. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful. Went home with all our clothes and stuff we brought clean and ready to put away. The beach was peaceful and clean. Lot of people on it but everyone was friendly. The ground keeping was magnificent. Very well kept. Overall I give my stay a 5 star review.

Family Weekend Getaway

Our family loved this condo. We traveled with 3 adults, 1 teen and an infant (8 mos old). We fit perfectly here, plenty of room for all of use especially with the additional bedroom with full size bed and bunk beds. Great private access to the beach, temp control pool and hot tub made our stay very enjoyable. The staff greeted us upon arrival, perfect reserved parking and super clean condo. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we could possible need and cooked several times through our stay. The bathrooms were also well stocked and the showers had awesome water pressure. No bathtubs here but we were able to bathe the baby without issue. Each room had its own cable TV and the views from our balcony were breathtaking!!! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Awesome beach front getaway

The property was clean, convenient, and provides an excellent view. Plenty of space for a small to medium sized family. Excellent amenities, including a large balcony, plenty of couches and chairs. Plates and silverware provided for use. The area seemed very safe and relaxing. Plenty of local restaurants and shopping. Our stay was very enjoying and excellent. Everything was very accurate in the listing. Highly recommend !

Clean and peaceful

The place was exactly as advertised and very conveniently located from all the activities. Loved the access to the beach, the pool and the hot tub. The view from the balcony was gorgeous with the soothing sound of waves lulling you to sleep. My family had a blast!

Nice spot with great beach access!

It was a nice spot with great beach access. It took us a little while to get the key to work but got it figured out and it was fine. Easy access to restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, the whole family enjoyed our stay at the condo. Thanks!
