The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot pool side patio. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! Even from this 1st floor condo will you have great ocean views! The patio is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This condo is an end unit providing you with more privacy! The condo has been 100% modernly renovated with all new furnishings. The great room features plenty of seating for your group with a comfortable sofa and a love seat (1 is a sleeper sofa)! You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the LCD TV with Cable and HBO! There is also a DVD player if you plan to rent or bring movies with you. Wireless internet is provided. You will love this well-appointed home with its comfortable furnishings and modern touches.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows or keep an eye on the kids at the pool! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then formal seating for 4 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a Keurig coffee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo, plus a bonus room. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. The guest bedroom features one Queen bed and one Twin bed and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with LCD TVs. In the bonus room there is a twin day bed, which gives you extra sleeping space for your party!

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front patio! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Great location!

Spacious (the “third” room is great for someone in the party to have for themselves), just a few steps from the pool, and 2 easy access paths to the beach! Perfect location for it all!

Relaxing getaway

Excellent Family Spot. Worth the Money.

Was on the pricey side but would not have changed it for the world. Everything was excellent from the housekeeping to the room to the security to the maintenance. We have zero complaints and would stay again 1 million times over.

Beautiful, quiet - great location

Loved being on first floor with pool right outside the door for impromptu picnics! Was surprised there were no beach chairs, towels or toys provided but we just purchased some nearby. Liked to walk to the cafe just a little ways south on the beach. Very nice stay!

Great family vacation spot

With 90 folks gathered for a family reunion, we sort of took over the entire place. Our accommodations worked very well for us, especially since it was first floor and right by the pool. The manager, Angie, was great to work with and I highly recommend. Seabreeze 1 is right down the street from Blackbeards where we enjoyed a very tasty and economical meal. All in all, GREAT vacation!!!!

Great get away

Wonderful getaway! No partying, even though it was springbreak, we would do it again! Beach is right outside the gate! Great stocked kitchen made it easy to cook in condo. Only suggestion would be a new mattress or topper for the sleeper sofa for larger groups, it is pretty worn out.

2nd Time Back

This was our second 4th of July long weekend back. We stayed last year and loved everything about the location…spacious enough for everyone, the pool is literally steps outside of our balcony door, and two beach access points! The unit was very clean when we arrived and the front desk ladies were very attentive to anything we needed our entire stay. Can’t wait to go back again next year.

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed every minute in this condo. The location is fabulous for quick access to the beach, short drive to jetty or restaurants. The unit is a ground floor walk out but still has a view. Pool is clean and inviting. Hot tub is fabulous. Well appointed kitchen with nice appliances. Very quiet! Great mattresses, cold AC, excellent water pressure. Couches were in need of refresh. Very clean.

Wonderful Vacation

This is our second year staying at this property and I truly love vacationing here! We have already booked again for next year. Our group included 2 adults and 5 kids ages 4 to 13. Seabreeze I is a smaller property, which for us has meant less noise and less crowding at the beach in front of the condo. The property management was very friendly, answered all my questions, and provided extras when needed during the stay (trash bags, toilet paper, dust pan, etc). Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. I saw someone cleaning the pool every morning. There is a very short walk to the beach which you can access through the pool or from the parking lot. Unit 105 is great! Feels like home away from home with a beachy twist. Nicely decorated. Love that you can view pictures of all the units online (http://www.seabreeze1.net/)! Would recommend for families that want a relaxing environment while vacationing.

It was worth it! Great condo!

Our family loved our stay in this family-friendly and quiet beach-front condo! The communication with the property manager was excellent (I had many questions about increasing county restrictions about COVID-19 and that our arrival date was only one day after Hurricane Hanna hit the Gulf Coast)! Despite these unique challenges, we couldn't miss our time at SPI and this condo made our stay a success! The sunrise view from the patio makes that cup of coffee even sweeter. But if you prefer to sleep-in, the master bedroom's blackout curtains and comfy bed will have you sleeping like a baby! The ground floor access and pool-front condo make staying with kids a breeze! The location is perfect and the unit is well-maintained and very clean. We had all the kitchen amenities needed. I also loved the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit. We look forward to staying here again!

South Padre condo

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything is conveniently close and the beach is a short walk outside. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay and rented the condo an extra day (since it was available). The staff and property manager were very responsive and helpful with the request to extend. We will re-rent this property again in the future.

Too restricted.

I liked the property, awesome views but the property managers were to strict. I get that it's a family environment but we couldn't have music, sit outside the pool chairs after 10pm. We felt so restricted. If it weren't for that it would of been an awesome stay.

Family loved it!!!

We loved everything about this condo, it was by the pool, right on the beach, clean and nicely decorated. Great customer service by the office, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and fun.
