Gesamtwertung ist gut.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr gut. Der erste Eindruck von der Wohnung war auch sehr gut . Die Einrichtung war sehr gut aber man dürfte nicht genau hingucken. Balkone müssen dringend sauber gemacht werden.das geht gar nicht. Die Fugen am Fußboden im Bad müssen erneuert werden. Die Dichtung in der Dusche war nicht sauber und teilweise kaputt. Ich finde nicht dass die Wohnung exklusiv ist.

Schöner Ausblick

Grundsätzlich waren wir sehr zufrieden, vor allem was den Ausblick und die Ausstattung des Objekts anging. Der erste Schock war das Haus, da die Bilder der Wohnung so gar nicht zu dem Rest des Hauses passten. Aber zum Glück stimmte die Wohnung letztendlich zu den Bildern. Leider gab es keinen Küchenofen, dies war aber kein großes Manko. Die Einrichtung war mordern und der Ausblick direkt auf das Meer absolut top! Leider ging unsere Duschamatur nur zur Hälfte (die Regendusche ging gar nicht, sodass die Handbrause her musste). Zudem kann der Raum leider nicht gut abgedunkelt werden, da zwei Fenster nur sehr durchlässige Raffrollos hatte, die auch direkt am Bett waren. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr sehr hellhörig. Nicht nur innerhalb des Hauses, sondern auch von draußen bekommt man jeden Mucks mit, lediglich das Wellenrauschen war schön anzuhören. Somit war die Schlafqualität nicht optimal. Die Terrassen waren ebenfalls nicht schön, da hier scheinbar gar nicht mal sauber gemacht wurde (viel Unrkaut und der „Winterdreck“ war noch deutlich zu erkennen). Kleinere Macken an den Wänden, welche mal übergestrichen werden könnten, sind nur minimale Punkte. Unterm Strich befindet sich die Wohnung in einer tollen Lage und man zahlt den Preis vermutlich einfach für den klasse Ausblick.

Tolle Wohnung

Tolle Wohnung. Modern eingerichtet. Hervorragende Aussicht. Sehr ruhig, wenn die Fenster und Türen zu sind. Schade, dass das Geschirr / Besteck nur so sauber ist wie der Vorgänger es gereinigt hat. Leider sind Bewohner des Mehrfamilienhauses gegenüber den Feriengästen nicht so freundlich. Man bezeichnete uns als Asylanten. Wörtlich: Das wird ja immer mehr zum Asylantenheim. :( Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen.
