House Rules
Respecting the space ensures a smooth and enjoyable stay. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation without refund:
• Maximum occupancy: 14 guests indoors
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (includes outdoor amenities)
• No smoking or vaping
• No open flames, candles, or matches
• Thermostat must remain between 69°F and 78°F
• No shoes inside the house – cleaning/replacement fees apply for stains
• Use of pool and play equipment is at guest’s own risk
• Keep doors and windows closed to prevent pest entry (Florida is a tropical climate!)
• Any damage must be reported promptly
• Respect neighbors and property at all times
Security & Monitoring
For security purposes only:
• Outdoor security cameras (front of home & facing playset - no audio recording)
• Minut noise monitoring device (does not record conversations)
Neighbors are diligent in reporting violations, so please be respectful of the property, furnishings, and community to ensure a positive stay for everyone.

The check-in instructions will be sent to you a day before your arrival, so you'll have a clear guide to help with your check-in process. Similarly, the check-out instructions will be sent a day before your departure to ensure a smooth check-out.
If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please inform us ahead of time so we can check availability. Please note, this request is subject to availability and we do charge an additional fee.
