Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, private sun deck w/ ocean views, 1 parking spot, pull-out couch, television w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please.
