Important House Rules & Policies
This is a peaceful home designed for a quiet and relaxing stay, not for parties or events. We ask that you be a good neighbor.
Quiet Hours:
We have strict quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM, 7 days a week. Noise alarms, city code violations, or a police complaint will result in an immediate reservation cancellation without a refund and a $500 fine.
No Parties:
**Please note that this is a strict NO party house.**
Parties, loud music on the patio, outside guests, or unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.
Trash Day:
Trash cans are located on the back wall of the guest house.
Trash day is Saturday, so if the cans are full, please place them on the curb in front of the house on Friday night.
You are also welcome to use the very large bin that is already on the curb.
Property Maintenance:
You may occasionally see maintenance staff on the property, such as a landscaper or pool technician. Their visits are usually short (10-30 minutes), but may take longer to resolve an issue.
No Pets:
We love pets, but unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate them at this time.
Pool & Home System Notes
Pool: Please note that the pool is not heated.
It may be too cold use in winter.
There is no lifeguard on duty; swimming is at your own risk.
No BBQ:
There are no BBQ facilities available at the property.
HVAC System:
The intelligent heating and air conditioning system operates between 22°C and 25°C (72°F to 77°F) to prevent power outages and system damage, in line with the power company's guidelines.
Visitors:
For the safety and security of all our guests, we strictly limit access to the property. This includes any outside vendors (such as private chefs or bar carts) and any unregistered external visitors. This policy is in place for liability and security reasons, and we appreciate your cooperation.

Extra Cleaning Fee:
If the home is left in poor condition and requires more than 4 hours of cleaning, an additional $75 per hour will be charged. All decorations must be removed and cleaned up before departure.
