The flat is in a quiet location close to the popular Hillebachsee lake. The hiking trails, e.g. to the Hochheide, can be reached directly.
The Eschenberg ski area is only 2.5 km away.
The terrace is equipped with a table, chairs, parasol and a retractable washing line.
The flat is approx. 50 square metres in size, has a separate bedroom and is suitable for 4 people (2 adults + 2 children).
The living room consists of a separate kitchen with dining area and is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, kettle and toaster. In addition to the filter coffee machine, a Dolce Gusto capsule machine is also available.
In the living room there is a separate area with a bunk bed.
TV (flat screen), Wifi via Freifunk, safe, DVD, Bluetooth speakers, Play Station 2 with games, toys and more await you.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer.

The flat can be fully darkened with roller blinds.
