1. Parking: The property offers private parking for up to two vehicles on-site, providing added convenience and peace of mind during your stay. In addition, free street parking is available directly in front of the home for a third vehicle or guests. Whether you’re traveling with family or friends, parking is easy, accessible, and hassle-free.

2. Noise: Keep it chill after 10 PM – we love happy neighbors!

3. Check-In & Check-Out
Check-In: After 4 PM (let the vacation begin!)
Check-Out: By 11 AM (we’ll miss you already!)
Early/Late? Just ask! We’ll try to make it work (fees may apply).

4. Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests can stay overnight.
Visitors? Totally cool—just let us know ahead (max 6 guests total).


5. Clean & Comfy
Treat the home like it’s your own (but cleaner ).
Could you report anything broken or wonky right away?
No smoking indoors – feel free to puff outdoors in designated spots.

6. Furry Friends
Pets allowed (if your booking includes them!)
Keep them leashed in common areas & clean up after them.

7. Grill Usage Disclaimer

Guests are welcome to purchase and use their own gas tank with the grill during their stay. However, we kindly ask that you remove the tank before your departure. By choosing to do so, you accept full responsibility for its use and acknowledge that the property owner is not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents that may arise.
