Our house is located in the centre of the Oberau district near Berchtesgaden. The holiday rental is ideal for families with 2–3 children, but couples who want to explore our magnificent mountain scenery are also very welcome. There is a playground in the immediate vicinity. There are restaurants nearby, and a small supermarket, the tourist information office, and the Sparkasse bank are only about 1 km away and easily accessible on foot.<br> The apartment has two bedrooms; one is furnished with a double bed (180×200) and a large closet.The smaller bedroom has two 90×200 single beds. We offer free Wi-Fi. A TV and a radio/CD player/cassette recorder are available for you in the kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and a large bathtub. Towels, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror are provided. Our living room features a cosy couch, a tiled stove, as well as some books and board games. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, small dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. On the balcony, you’ll find seating for 4–5 people, and a high chair is available.<br> The house is located at the foot of the Rossfeld; from here, you can set out on many hikes, such as the Stollenweg, Resteck Chapel, Rossfeld, Lärchecker Wand, and many more. In winter, you can ski right up to the front door—the Rossfeld downhill run ends right in front of the house.
