The house is located by next to 6th Ave and University of Puget Sound. 6th Ave features plenty of highly rated restaurants and shops within walking distant. Guests can choose to relax on the front covered porch where there are a swing and chairs or they can hang out on the backyard where the hot tub, fireplace, BBQ grill and dining furniture are. Inside, guests will find large living room, dining room and kitchen areas to have their meals together and enjoy each other companies.

The property has 2 separate units with 2 separate entrances. The main unit consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with private backyard. The basement unit consist of 1 bedroom. No shared entrances or backyard.

This was such a lovely home. Perfect for family time and making memories. I love how cozy the vibe is and how much space there was. I absolutely enjoyed it and highly recommend for a beautiful staycation and relaxing

A perfect place for our family to gather! The location is within walking distance to so many places to eat at all different levels of cost and atmosphere. There were enough rooms so we could also not feel like we were all on top of each other.

We came to visit our son who is stationed at JBLM, the house was amazing!!!! Perfect for our family and in a great location! The house was clean and well decorated. The host was more than helpful and got back to any question I had immediately! We will definitely be back to stay in this house again!

We give our hosts 10 out of 5. We were in town for our daughter's baby shower. The plumbing failed at our daughter's house where the shower was to be held. Even though the property has a no events policy the hosts kindly allowed us to hold the baby shower at their property. It was incredibly kind and generous and saved the day!The house is comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The hosts had some goodies and snacks stocked. We were a group of adults but we noticed thoughtful touches for kids, toys, a fun bed, etc. The six of us were very happy with the house. The property is a very short walk to lots of restaurants, bars, etc. The only downside is parking. The street gets very parked up. If we have a group visiting Tacoma we will stay here again.
