The space
Our home is the last house on a peaceful dead-end road, offering complete seclusion and surrounded by nature. Step onto the wraparound deck, where you'll be enveloped by the soothing sounds of the creek and the tranquility of your private oasis. For your peace of mind, we’ve installed a Ring security camera floodlight and a Ring doorbell at the front, ensuring safety while you enjoy the serenity of this hidden gem.

The Living Room
Enter through the front door, where you’ll be greeted by the warm ambiance of a large stone wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozying up and unwinding. For ultimate relaxation, sink into the comfortable seating and catch your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV. Just log in to your streaming accounts and enjoy the entertainment. We provide high-speed internet, and the WiFi password is shared upon check-in for your convenience. The sofa also doubles as a queen sleeper for extra guests.
For those seeking something more adventurous, we feature a discreet leather bondage couch for those who appreciate more daring pleasures. In addition, we offer a selection of spicy games for couples, designed to heat things up and create unforgettable moments together.

The Master Bedroom
Step into the master bedroom, where comfort meets excitement. The room features a king-sized bed equipped with bondage straps, offering a blend of luxury and adventure. The luxurious soaker tub is complemented by an elegant chandelier above, creating a serene atmosphere. Behind the tub, a large window offers breathtaking views of the expansive, untouched property and private creek, enhancing the tranquility of the space.

The Kitchen

Looking to eat in for dinner? We offer a fully stocked kitchen with a coffee/ coffee pod maker that we offer free loose coffee. Or you can bring your favorite coffee pods from home! We have a large stainless steel fridge to hold all your groceries. There is a large oven with an electric stove top and a stainless steel microwave above. There is also a dishwasher with some supplied dish pods because who really wants to do dishes on vacation? We have supplied a spice rack with a variety of spices to make even the dullest of meals exciting!


Bathroom Off Kitchen

No need to share a bathroom with the master bedroom. This is a fully stocked bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a vanity large enough for two people to share.

The Loft

Welcome to the VIP Lounge. Ascend the spiral staircase to discover your own private strip club, designed for ultimate entertainment and indulgence. The center features a stripper pole, with a leather chair positioned for the best viewing experience. Adjustable LED lighting strips trace the floor, setting the mood for any occasion. Enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV or play your desired music through the Bluetooth speaker for an unforgettable, personalized experience.

Outdoor Space

Our newly revamped outdoor space offers the perfect setting for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy an outdoor movie theater beneath the covered deck, complete with a movie projector, screen, and string lights overhead, all while nestled in a cozy couples' rocking chair. A live-edge bar top with stools overlooks the backyard and serene creek. Gather around the fire table with Adirondack chairs for warmth and conversation. Unwind in the hot tub under the deck, surrounded by string lights, or relax in two rocking chairs by the creek for ultimate tranquility.

Guest access
You will have full access to all amenities on the property. The only two areas where guests are not allowed are the owners closet and the crawl space under the house.

Other things to note
We provide a starter pack for your stay. This includes but is not limited to 1 laundry detergent pack, 2 dish washer pods, 2 trash bags and a spice rack with various spices.

We supply 1 full propane tank for the outdoor fire pit per stay. After the tank is emptied, the guest is required to fill it up as needed.

Please note that there are stairs leading from the driveway to the house, spiral staircase to the loft and stair cases and walkways throughout the backyard which may pose difficulty to guests with disabilities. Please keep an eye on young children near all stairs and the creek. During the winter months it is recommended to use a 4x4. Being that we are set in the Smoky Mountains, you can expect to see some wildlife and ask that you do not leave food or trash outside or in vehicles. All trash should be placed in the metal trash can to prevent bears from getting in.

We try to offer as much as possible to guests in our kitchen but accept that we may not have everything you need. We welcome you to travel to the local stores in our area such as Walmart and Kroger which are each about 15 minutes from our home.

We offer HIGH SPEED INTERNET so that you can use multiple devices at the same time. We do not have cable for the TVs but all of them are smart TVs so that you can use any of your streaming apps on them. We just ask that you log out of them upon departure.

We live in the mountains so there are lots of turns and curves in the road. In the event of snow we do recommend using a 4X4 vehicle to make driving a little easier.

Please use stairs in back yard leading to the creek with caution. Steps may be slippery during rain or snow conditions.

Bugs / ladybugs
Our cabins are proactively treated monthly by a professional pest control service. Insects just find their way inside no matter what we do. Even after the cabin is cleaned, it takes only a few hours for bugs/ladybugs to appear. Of course they get trapped and die inside. This is especially prevalent in spring as they emerge and then again in fall when it gets colder outside. An expectation of completely insect-free environment is probably reasonable in a high-rise beachfront condo, but not in a cabin in the middle of the woods. Ladybugs (actually, Asian Lady Beetle) are harmless if not touched.

Wasps / carpenter bees
Wasps try to make their nests, usually under the roof overhangs and eaves, and some may get inside and die. We try to keep up as much as we can but they are often much faster than us. Carpenter bees (big loud black bees) are harmless to humans – they make a lot of noise and may hover around humans, but they do not have stingers. They do however damage wood by boring holes in it. They rarely get inside the cabin.
In addition to regular professional pest control, we also spray the cabins in early spring to deter the carpenter bees.

During the fall in order to keep up with leaves falling around the property, we will have our landscaper come out with a leaf blower to remove them from the driveway and decks.

Please stay on all walkways, paths and stairs to prevent falls and to avoid damaging property and coming into contact with poison ivy.

Please avoid walking on the stone wall in the driveway.

Hot Tub Cover must be placed back on hot tub when not in use to ensure proper temperatures are met.
Hot Tub is not in an enclosed area.

Wild life. We love the Smokey mountains because of the rich wildlife that we have as neighbors. It is common to see bears, raccoons and other various animals while you stay at our place. Please do not interact with wild animals and do not leave any food or beverages outside for animals to eat. They will get accustomed to it and could harm them in the long run.
