Es gab einen kleinen Willkommensgruß, der schön war, doch leider nicht üblich ist.Die Lage der Wohnung so, dass man zu Fuß Schwerin (Altstadt und Schloss) erkunden kann. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Ausstattung könnte aufgestockt werden, denn das Geschirr ist nur in beschränkter Anzahl vorhanden (Tassen, Salatschüssel), so dass man entweder mit der Hand spült oder die Spülmaschine halb gefüllt anstellt. Uns fehlte eine Wanduhr im Wohnzimmer und ein Sofa. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut.Das Parken auf öffentlichen Grund war etwas eingeschränkt, da eine Pflegeschule in der direkten Nachbarschaft ist. Wir fanden aber immer einen Parkplatz.

Die Wohnung ist wunderbar. Die Lage perfekt. Direkt am See, 10 Minutn zur Bahn, 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwas weiter. Ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Austattung der Küche ist relativ karg, aber ausreichend. Die Matratze im Doppelbett könnte härter sein. Aber das sind Kleinigkeiten. Wir haben uns eine Woche sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke.

Es freut uns sehr, dass Euch der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Warum Ihr den Eindruck hattet das Haus sei heruntergekommen, lässt sich schwer nachvollziehen. Das Meiste (wie auch die Ferienwohnung) wurde in den letzten Jahren aufwändig grundsaniert und die Aussenanlagen komplett neu angelegt. Ein Haus von 1925 hat eben auch immer etwas Charakter und irgendwo sind sicher Kleinigkeiten zu tun, aber heruntergekommen ist es sicher nicht.

Denkmalgeschützte Dachwohnung

Es handelt sich um eine ordentlich renovierte Altbaudachwohnung mit reichlich Platz.Die Möbel sind gemütlich, in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden und machen einen guten Eindruck. Dasselbe gilt für die Ausstattung.Das Bad ist modern eingerichtet.Die Küche bietet, was man braucht.Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig.Die Schweriner Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Die Wohnungsaufteilung ist etwas speziell. Das zweite Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Das muss man mögen. Der Vermieter hat uns aber vor der Buchung darauf hingewiesen.Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert

Mooi gelegen dakappartement.

Ruim dakappartement, niet ver van het centrum en een goede uitvalsbasis voor steden in de buurt. Het appartement is full-ikea-ingericht ;-). Keuken heeft alles wat er nodig is maar wel geen raam, en de slaapkamers kunnen niet verduisterd worden, dat is een sterk minpunt met de ochtendzon in juni. Ruime badkamer met wasmachine. Matras en hoofdkussen waren niet direct mijn ding, maar dat is persoonlijk. Parkeren kan meestal voor de deur. Een vriendelijke gastheer en vlotte communicatie voor wat nodig was.

Gepflegte Unterkunft

Schön gelegene, saubere Unterkunft und nette, sehr entgegenkommende Vermieter. Es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln, vielleicht wäre etwas mehr Gemütlichkeit, wie Bilder an den Wänden oder statt der Sessel ein Sofa noch etwas einladender gewesen.

Wochenendausflug nach Schwerin

Netter Kontakt vor dem Aufenthalt, währenddessen haben wir nicht viel von Fam. Meinert mitbekommen. Die Wohnung war sauber, ist sehr schön gelegen. Der Schnitt ist etwas Gerne wieder!

Sehr tolle Unterkunft

Mein Aufenthalt war super, Herr Meinert ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend und die Unterkunft sauber und schön. Alles, was das Herz begehrt, ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut und zentral, aber nach Parkplätzen musste man ein wenig suchen.
