Eine schöne Wohnung mit hochwertigen Möbeln im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer, inkl. guter Matratzen. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein Parkplatz stand vor dem Haus bzw an der Straße zur Verfügung.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in der sehr gut ausgestatteten FeWo. Im Vergleich zu anderen FeWo in gefragten Urlaubsgebieten wirklich komplette Ausstattung für den gesammten Aufenthalt (genug Handtücher zum Wechseln, Haushalts-/Toil.papier, Geschirrtücher, Spül- und Reinigungstücher, Kerzen, Feuerzeug, Geschirr, Gläser, Steckdosen, Aufladestation für handys, tablet). Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück oder in der Straße, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann) in ca. 15 min. Fußweg. E-Bikes sicher im abschließbaren Gemeinschafts-Fahrradkeller unterzustellen (allerdings im Keller keine Steckdose zum Aufladen der Akkus). Einfacher check-in per Schlüsselsafe, ruhige Lage des Hauses. Während unseres Aufenthaltes wohl nicht alle 6 Wohnungen im Haus bewohnt, die Dauermieter der Wohnungen über und unter der FeWo waren sehr ruhig, gelegentlich haben wir mal trappelnde Füße von oben gehört, ist aber in einem Mehrparteienhaus nicht zu vermeiden und es hat unseren Aufenthalt nicht gestört. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter, die Stadtnähe der FeWo macht das Erkunden der schönen Stadt Schwerin sehr einfach und angenehm.

Fahrradurlaub in der Vorsaison

Komplett und auch durch trockenes Wetter bedingt schönerUrlaub.Wohnung mit allen Dingen ausgestattet (außer Geschirrspüler) ,aber muss im Ulraub nicht sein.Wohnung blitzsauber dank der Vermieterin.Wohnung im 6Parteienhaus allerdings etwas hellhörig durch Laminat auch in anderen Wohnungen.

Ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende in Schwerin

Von der Kommunikation im Vorfeld über den Check-In-Vorgang (total flexibel mit Schlüsseltresor) bis hin zu einem tollen Aufenthalt in einer sehr schönen und sauberen Wohnung lief alles problemlos! Die Fewo ist äußerst geräumig und modern eingerichtet, man hat alles, was man für einen schönen (Kurz-) Urlaub braucht!

Gemütlicher Ankerplatz in Schwerin

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Schwerin. Was zu einem Teil an dem tollen Wetter und unseren Ausflügen lag, aber auch zum Großteil an der sehr liebevoll eingerichteten und gut gelegen Ferienwohnung. Sie ist ruhig gelegen, mit Balkon im Grünen und man ist fußläufig in guten 15 Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung war sauber, hat eine gute Größe und die wichtigsten Dinge sind vorhanden. Auch ein benötigtes Babybett und ein Hochstuhl wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief unkompliziert. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden 🤗

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es war alles in der Wohnung vorhanden. Mixer Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett, Toaster, Kinderstuhl und noch vieles mehr.Sehr großer Fernseher. WLAN, Netfix. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Liebevoll möbelierter Balkon.

Klasse

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Innenstadt und zum Schloss. Ein Bäcker ist auch in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen, wenn man sich morgens Brötchen zum Frühstück holen möchte. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist wirklich gemütlich. Und wenn man ein bisschen zwischen den Bäumen durchguckt sieht man beim Essen am Wohnzimmertisch auch den See (also hauptsächlich sieht man Bäume, erwarten Sie keinen perfekten Seeblick ;D). Meine Freundin und ich haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Urlaub hier genossen.

Eine gemütliche Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Das Zentrum von Schwerin ist nicht weit. Mit dem Fahrrad 10 Minuten. Verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in Schwerin. Die Wohnung und Schwerin sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Komfortable und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Vormittags haben wir die Sonne auf dem Balkon genossen, später dann die schöne und interessante Stadt Schwerin erkundet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sieben Seen in Schwerin

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und angenehm wohnlich eingerichtet. Wir haben das sehr genossen! Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur ist zurzeit schwierig, da die App nicht funktioniert. Die Gastgeber selber waren in ihrer Kommunikation aber sehr schnell, klar und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist in der Online Präsenz perfekt vorgestellt; mir fehlte eine Aufnahme des Hauses selber und der Umgebung. Insgesamt hatten wir vier schöne und abwechslungsreiche Tage in Schwerin!

Gepflegte Gastlichkeit mit Blick ins Grüne

Wir bedanken uns für 5 Urlaubstage im März in dieser sehr gepflegten, komfortablen, hochwertig eingerichteten Wohnung mit vielen liebenswerten Extras wie Narzissen auf dem Balkon, reichlich Teelichter für die abendliche Gemütlichkeit und stilvolle Requisiten mit See-Ambiente - sehr empfehlenswert! Schön wären halbtransparente Plissees am Schlafzimmerfenster und am Wohnzimmerfenster zum Nachbarhaus hin, damit man tagsüber nicht die Verdunkelungsvorhänge vorziehen muss.
