Our host Jackie is an architect, photographer, and documentary filmmaker living in Germany. After studying Bauhaus architecture in Germany, he developed a lifelong passion for European historic buildings, especially the elegant styles of Jugendstil and Art Déco.
For many years, Jackie has been involved in the preservation, renovation, and design of historic buildings over 100 years old. His appreciation for architecture, craftsmanship, and authentic details is reflected throughout Villa-Nisa-1895, where the character of the original 1895 building has been carefully preserved while providing modern comfort for today’s guests.
Jackie speaks German, English, and Chinese. He enjoys meeting people from different cultures, sharing stories about architecture, local traditions, and the beautiful surroundings of the Karlsruhe and Black Forest region.
For our family, hosting is more than simply offering accommodation. We hope to create a warm and personal experience where guests can slow down, enjoy nature, discover the charm of a historic country house, and create unforgettable memories together.

Features such as the garden area, trampoline, and the developing outdoor sauna concept make the property enjoyable for both adults and children.
