It features a welcoming entrance with a wardrobe, a modern living area with a sofa bed (sleeping area 160 cm) and a TV, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, complete with a dining area for four. Guests can enjoy direct access to a furnished balcony with stunning sea views. The bedroom contains a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a TV, while the bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and mirror cabinet.

A shared wellness area, featuring a swimming pool (4 x 7 m) and sauna (coin-operated), is available to all guests. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer can be used for a fee on the ground floor. Parking includes a garage space and an outdoor parking spot, both accessible with the apartment key. Pets are not permitted.
