The building has an lift. A private parking space is available. The accompanying lockable storage room allows you to securely store your bicycles and handcarts.<br><br>You can expect a very high-quality, modernly equipped holiday apartment that far exceeds the standard, featuring an open, light-filled living and dining area and high-quality tile flooring with underfloor heating.<br>Each room can be completely darkened using electric roller blinds.<br>Of course, free Wi-Fi is available.<br><br>A fully equipped kitchen with a large dishwasher, induction stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and plenty of kitchenware leaves nothing to be desired.<br><br>In the living area, you’ll find a cosy, large leather sofa, a 55-inch 4K Smart OLED TV, and a reading nook with a motorised, adjustable leather recliner.<br>A feel-good atmosphere is guaranteed here.<br><br>One bedroom is equipped with an electrically adjustable RUF luxury box spring bed featuring the AIR Vent ventilation system and separate mattresses measuring 2 m x 0.9 m, with firmness levels 2 and 3, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.<br>The second bedroom also features high-quality mattresses measuring 2 m x 0.9 m, with firmness levels 2 and 3, and adjustable slatted frames.<br>The apartment is also ideal for two couples.<br>Both bedrooms are equipped with 43-inch 4K TVs.<br><br>The tastefully designed bathroom, flooded with natural light, features a walk-in shower and a modern double sink.<br><br>The apartment also features an elegant guest bathroom.<br><br>In the storage room, you’ll find a washing machine and a dryer.<br>An ironing board and iron are also provided.<br><br>The large covered balcony faces southeast towards the sea and invites you to relax with its comfortable patio furniture, including cushions.<br><br>The nearby “Kinderhafen” offers a varied programme daily during the summer. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.<br>Please bring your own bed linens, towels, and tea towels if you have not booked the laundry package.<br><br>Check-in and check-out days from June through August are on Saturdays.<br>During the remaining school breaks, check-in and check-out are on Saturdays or Sundays.<br>Outside of these periods, check-in and check-out can take place on any day.<br><br>Check-in is not before 5:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m. Depending on occupancy, earlier check-in or later check-out times may be arranged in consultation with the property owner.<br><br>Trip cancellation fees: You can purchase insurance to cover any costs resulting from trip cancellation or cancellation for health reasons. We therefore recommend that you purchase trip cancellation insurance immediately after booking.<br><br>Our cancellation policy is as follows: In the event of cancellation, 90% of the total price is due, unless we are able to find a replacement tenant for the period in question. In that case, only any resulting difference in price is due.<br><br>The tenant agrees to treat the apartment and its furnishings with care, to compensate for any damage caused by them, and to report such damage to the owner. The tenant is liable for lost keys.<br>The tenant agrees to comply with the house rules.<br>Events and pets are not permitted. Barbecuing on the balcony is permitted only with an electric tabletop grill.<br>The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.<br>The apartment is not suitable for small children, as it does not have outlet covers, a cot, or a high chair. Children ages 5 and older are welcome.
