• Registered guests only. Please let us know if plans change.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or on balconies.
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
• No parties or large gatherings.

Pets
Approved pets only. Pets must be crated when left unattended. Please clean up after your pet and prevent damage.

Shoes
Please remove shoes before walking on carpeted areas.

Elevator
Ensure doors are fully closed before use. Do not overload. Children must be supervised.

Tesla Charger
For guest use only. Please store the cable neatly after charging.

Trash
Place all trash inside the dumpster located in the enclosure. Tie bags securely and close the lid.

Care of the Home
Please treat the home with care and report any issues promptly.

Check-Out (10:00 AM unless arranged otherwise)
• Place used towels in the washer.
• Strip beds and leave sheets on the floor.
• Lock all doors and turn off lights.
