WELCOME! Available for Summer 2026 WEEKLY bookings (must be Sat. to Sat. except Aug. 15-20 and Aug. 23 - 29). Searching for a relaxing stay with all the resort amenities and great price in a high quality, clean condo? Your search ends here! Enjoy this fully furnished, well appointed condo that features everything your family could want for a fun beach vacation. Swim in the sparkling pool (May 22 until Sept. 7, 2026), grill on your private patio barbeque, free use of boogie boards, umbrella, beach cart and beach chairs (provided in lock shed). This is a single-level unit with no condos above or below, so nice and quiet. The condo also features a personal, full sized washer and dryer, dishwasher, full size refrigerator and stove, dining seats for 6. First bedroom has 2 full size beds and its own private bathroom (with shower/tub combo) and TV; Second bedroom has one king size bed and flat screen TV with full bath, corner shower. Linens (sheets & towels) are not provided, so bring own or may be rented for nominal fee. Also pet friendly (add'l fee applies per pet, 2 max). Condo has three flat screen TV sets, Wifi and DVD players. All these fantastic amenities AND at the BEST location on the beach, just cross the street (Atlantic Avenue) to the sand and surf of the Atlantic ocean. The north end of this beautiful resort area is quieter than the main drag hustle and bustle area but just a mile or two away from all the excitement if you want anything from paragliding and boat rides to the best seafood at the beach! We have had repeat guests coming every year for the past 10 years. Also very close by is all the shopping, dining and fun beach attractions that make Virginia Beach a great, family-friendly place for all!

The condo was perfect for our trip. I really appreciated how clean it was. The beds and couches were comfortable. The kitchen had most everything we needed for cooking a holiday dinner. Strong wifi, big tv, and board games made for a relaxing Fall stay.

Had a great time staying here in Virginia Beach. Felt very welcoming and had plenty of extras incase you forgot something. Listing description and pictures were accurate. Nice community, lovely pool, and short walk to the beach! Lots of things to do and places to eat close by with a vehicle. Three days tonight getaway

The condo was very clean, comfortable, close to the beach and a perfect place to get away. The host was very accommodating and very easy to reach when I had a question. I would definitely return to this condo for future getaways.

It was very Clean and All of the basic necessities were there. Only 2 things that lowered my rating . Not enough open outlets for all of the devices and could use some blinds/curtains on the door side windows in the room facing Atlantic Ave. Really bright way too early in the am.

This is our third year coming to VA Beach and staying at the MaiKai condo. We absolutely love the location and proximity to the beach. The accommodations are everything you need and budget friendly!

My husband and I are retired Navy officers and both currently teach thanks to the 'Troops to Teachers' program. We live in Virginia Beach, about 25 mins from the beach condo which makes it very handy to provide any assistance or insight for incoming guests. John went to ODU and I grew up in CT, a UCONN grad!

Why they chose this property

When this property became available, we decided to purchase it. We saw the wonderful rental history, the awesome location, and all the amenities (a pool is a must) and decided to make this our investment property along with enjoying it ourselves a couple x/year for some R&R at the beach. Our daughter loves to surf and we are all 'water people' so this seemed like a great opportunity.

What makes this property unique

We looked at several beach properties. As soon as we walked into this one, we both decided 'this is it.' We loved the first floor (no climbing stairs), the beautiful courtyard area (less 'concrete/high rise' feel), the palm bushes and greenery all around and the wonderful north end location. Oh, and just across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean!
