The apartment was great, clean and equipped with what I needed. The owner and team were super helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. They went above and beyond to help me out of a few situations too. The neighborhood is also great - within walking distance from amazing neighborhood restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, nail shops and even gelato. And the location is close to the hospital.

Check in- owner hire an associate which contacted us the day before. We were met by a third person which was very a nice boy but could not answer any questions about the apartment. All communication was though text on phone or call on phone. There is no TV , we were told it was broken by previous renters and would not be replace until our exit day. (kitchen). is just that no coffee machine, spices, nothing. very old glass percolator electric. We did not try it. The apartment - All of the owners personal things are all over the apartment. In bins & baskets in the kitchen. bathroom. (lab tops, cell phone, personal journals, everything. When I question the owner on Vrbo site got a call from owner to tell me this is how rentals are. people renting out they apartment. I wanted to hear from her that no one would be walking in while we were not there and did not want to be responsible for her stuff. The sofa - needs a good wash or should be replace. Bring you own towels. I gave the this rental a 3 for the apartment but its location is a 5. The area is wonderful and accessible to all areas. All public transportation is steps away you can buy a OMNY card or use you Debt card. (Recommendation - food shopping Trader Joe's, Breakfast Silver Star Restaurant. Do take a trip to Roosevelt Island is only a train fee and beautiful views. The views are beautiful from this apartment but no window guards for kids. This apartment has so many possibilities.
