This one-bedroom unit is in a sleek building with standout rooftop amenities—enjoy a pool, warm jacuzzi, lounge chairs, daybeds, and a full kitchen area with beautiful views from the rooftop. Perfect for relaxing stays with access to stylish shared spaces and a prime location two blocks from the ocean and with all the atmosphere of being in the middle of the famous Zona Romantica.

The unit itself has a matrimonial sized bed (slightly smaller than queen) in the bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. The living room has two comfortable sofas (one which pulls out into a sofa bed) and the flex space has a desk which can fold down into another double bed, with another full bathroom accessed via the flex space. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances and a modern design with washer and dryer just off the kitchen.

Guests have access to the full unit and all common area amenities including the rooftop pool, luke-warm jacuzzi and lounging areas.

We will meet you for check-in and check-out and are available at any point needed during your stay.

The unit`s balconies are private and mostly covered by the neighboring building, as can be seen in the pictures. From the far right side of your view however, you can see some of the ocean through the neighboring buildings common area.

Two small well-behaved pets are allowed but there is $50 pet fee charged per pet and this must be advised at time of booking.
