The Villa has a beautiful living area with sofa bed, plus a fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops and dining area seating. A large private deck overlooking beautiful grounds and pond view for outdoor relaxation or entertaining. The owner provides use of Pack-N-Play in the condo for little ones in your group. There is also a beach wagon and two beach chairs available for guests use.

It features free parking and free high-speed Wifi (400 Mbps).

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes) Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Kingston Resort is a 145-acre community on the beach. The gated entrance provides 24/7 safety and security in this family-friendly environment.
